RETURNS

At Vösh Design we believe in the total satisfaction of our clients; For that reason we accept changes and refunds If the product is not to your liking, you will have up to 5 calendar days to request a physical change for the same type of product and price or reimbursement following the steps indicated below:

 

Notify us via e-mai by completing the Change and Returns Form found below. This must be done within a period of up to 5 calendar days after receiving your product (please clearly specify the reason for the return or physical change). The cost of shipping by return mail at the customer's expense.

 

The merchandise must not have samples of use and must be returned in the same box with the packaging and material with which you received it. You must send the goods and as soon as we receive the returned merchandise and we check that it is in perfect condition and that the refund procedure was followed, we will proceed to make the exchange or refund through the means with which you made the payment. WARRANTY

At Vösh Design we develop products of the highest quality, that is why all our products have a limited warranty for manufacturing problems *. In the event that any of our products present any manufacturing defect, you will have up to 15 calendar days to request a change or return.

 

You must follow these steps to accept your Change for Guarantee: Notify us via e-mail by completing the questionnaire below; This must be done within the first 15 calendar days after receiving your product (please specify the manufacturing defect by accompanying a photograph indicating the defect).

 

We will send you a parcel guide and an authorization number which you have to write on the outside of the package. (Applies to residents of the Mexican Republic) The merchandise must not have samples of excessive use beyond the purposes for which it was designed and must be returned in the same box with the packaging and material with which you received it.

You must send the return via courier from  FEDEX. As soon as we receive the returned merchandise and we check that the return procedure was complied with, we will proceed to make the change and a new piece will be sent by courier.

 

* This policy does not apply to gold plating in gold pieces, as this is a superficial coating that is given to silver and that is lost with use and / or when being cleaned / rubbed improperly or with a chemical or abrasive.
