Shipping Policy

Exciting news! You'll soon get an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. Just a heads up, we'll verify your order before shipping it out.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship the following business day. Please note that Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.

We're thrilled to offer international shipping to our customers around the globe through FedEx International. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $250 USD! Kindly note that any duties and taxes for international deliveries will be the responsibility of our valued customers. Shipping costs cover insurance for deliveries within Mexico. If the package goes missing during transit, we will take care of tracking it and arranging a replacement. Kindly allow 8 to 15 days for the courier company to provide a resolution. 

For International orders we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure shipping location where someone is always present to receive deliveries. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please email us at info@voshdesign.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to change your address as long as the package has not been shipped. We cannot reroute a package once it has left our facilities.  info@voshdesign.com ​

If your package is stolen or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with your claim. While we will do our best to help you locate your package, we cannot refund or replace lost or stolen item

International shipments may be subject to additional shipping charges, such as taxes, duties, and fees determined by the destination country. Customers are responsible for covering these charges upon delivery. Vösh (Desarrollo e Ingeniería Comercial Gadi ) does not have details on customs or tariffs and cannot anticipate these fees. It is advisable to verify with local authorities before placing an order. Vösh (Desarrollo e Ingeniería Comercial Gadi ) will not provide refunds or exchanges for orders rejected due to unpaid import taxes..
